    support.4game.com. doesnt work i get some that says question was not answered.

    ticket writing is buged
    so here again

    and i do segest to make writing tickets comprehensible in english pls

    i stoped reporting ingame (always disconect)
    i stoped writing tickets (i get a link that says not answered and i dont read halv english site halv dont know language sites)

    and my english isnt that good

    in aden next to gatekeeper (again)

    when you see the "your question has not been submitted" message, you are in fact offered to look through our knowledgebase articles, which might contain the answer to your question.
    to proceed with the ticket, simply click on the "these articles did not answer my question" button at the bottom of the page and the ticket will be sent to our support team.

    did you send a screen with your ticket?
    always got a dc too when i sent it. reason was the screenshot was bmp and simply too big. change it to jpeg. easy. fast. without any probs.

    i must say that lately innova team get lazy/slow in banning bots..
    i hope that it isnt a new habbit..
