hello, dear users! first of all, i would like to appologise for quite a few technical difficulties we had during the last couple of weeks. we are doing our best to solve those problems, all we need is your patience and cooperation. it appears that some people are still having trouble with lags, even after we have fixed the problem that server had. there has to be some other reason for this to happen. in order to find it, we need data from you. this is how we are going to do it. if you are having lags, spikes or anything like that, submit a ticket to support under the following form: title: i have lags. in the main body of the ticket, describe your problem (when it first appeared, has it became worse\better after friday, intensity of lags). then, you need wireshark logs to attach to the ticket. wireshark is a free and open-source packet analyzer. it is used for network troubleshooting, analysis, software and communications protocol development. to use it: Spoiler - download the latest version of the program at the official site - install wireshark on your computer. follow the wireshark setup wizard instructions. then run the program - after running you will see the main window of the program - perform network packets capturing from pressing 'play' button till exit after disconnect - to start click 'start a new live capture' button on the top side of the window - to finish capturing press 'stop the running live capture' button on the toolbar of the wireshark program (next to 'start a new live capture' button) - select 'save as' in the 'file' menu to save received data in file - after saving you may archive data file to reduce its size attach the archive to your ticket, and send it. note, if you experience periodic lags that occur only in some particular area or at some particular time, you should create 2 reports. one made while you don't have any trouble and the other one when you are having lags. useful guide.
