Poor support

    after innova mistake with the mass ban after maintenance i have to open ticket for every box account i have logged on my pc to unblock the accounts. thou is not my fault, nor the rest of the players that got blocked cause one admin doesn't know to make a proper ban i had to waste time to open ticket for every account and even so no1 is bothering to unblock the accounts or even answer me. what is happening with innova? not enough pplz hired? total lack of respect towards the players? or this is another marketing thingy to make pplz pay pa over and over again? and yes i know first mod will see my post will delete this topic but after waiting more than 24 hours w/o any answer i think i have to go public. and if my post is deleted, mby after some1 will bother to announce the support to do their job (that ofc if anyone is still working there...)

    ban discussion is not allowed on forum board. you have to contact support team. please dont try to make it again and go straightly to support.
