удалил игру, заново скачал через запускатор на 15 минут ушла проблема, щас опять вылеты как зашел сразу выкидывает

 

directx обнови.

 

он последний стоит

 

нужны библиотеки не последнего, а директх 9.0с
запустите в папке запускатра файл dxwebsetup.exe, он проверит нужно ли доустановить библиотеки предыдущих версий.
это первый запуск игры или ранее она запускалась?
пробовали обновить драйвера видео?
так же можно попробовать метод, предложенный тут.
если не поможет, попробуйте папку bin32 и выполнить полную проверку клиента.

 

все из выше перечисленного не помогло.
запускалась ранее месяцев 8 без проблем., драйвера последней версии стоят, да я целиком все удалял заново качал через запускатор два дня.
хорошо хоть тут ответили от суппорта 3й день ответа жду.

 

служба поддержки не работает в выходные, и ответ в зависимости от загруженности может быть дан в течение 10 рабочих дней.
ну у меня только советы из разряда "пальцем в небо" - попробуйте исключить влияние антивируса/фаервола, настроив их или временно отключив (на время теста).

 

аналогичная ситуевина, все было норм но последние пару месяцев просто кошмар, то в дерике (обычно на складе боеприпасов) то в кельке (не важно где, стоит использовать полет или бегать где много людей, то в панде когда вбегаешь в храм золота, в этих местах постоянно выкидывает из игры, еще осады, к замку (даже снизив все видео настройки по самое не балуй) даже подходить нельзя, на комп не жалуюсь, комп далеко не слабый (i7 (3.4 ghz) 8 гигов азу, видяха hd 6950 (2 гига памяти) и 7ка 32х битная ультимат. и ранее ходил на все осады на максимальных настройках и не логал, а ща даже подойти не могу, критует постоянно ((( wtf????

ничего не помогает, все перепробывал, с текстурами проблем поменьше стало, но вот простым критом выбивает с каждым днем все чаще, за 3 часа игры выбивает в среднем 5-6 раз (((

 

xmaiklx, после фразы "все перепробывал", тяжело что-то порекомендовать, ведь не известно что именно попробовано. лучше явно описать действия (кратко), которые были сделаны.

 

для windows 7, vista
зайдите в пуск -> все программы -> стандартные -> командная строка
в командной строке напишите строчку bcdedit /set increaseuserva 3072 и нажмите enter
перезагрузите компьютер.
попробуйте запустить клиент и играть.

поменял железо, а имено апнул комп (кроме винта, бп, и сидюка) в итоге красные текстуры почти не беспокоят, а вот с вылетами из игры ни как разобраться не получается,

 

весело 10 дней, а что не месяц, и как мне оплачивать эти 10 дней какой смысл?

 

файл подкачки не отключен? если да, то включить. =)

 

даже при моих 8 гиг азу фаил подкачки включем,

 

6 гб оперативы файл подкачки включен

 

без оного элементарная утечка в любой программе может привести к краху( да и, кажется, радикс писал, что есть данные, которым в оперативке не место, а в винде типа хорошие механизмы их вытеснения на жесткий (в файл подкачки т.е.)

 

какие еще мысли будут ??? проблема то не решилась, даже с выпускам 2.7 обновы

ос суб лицензия, запускатором тоже заново качал, все равно критует, особенно в местах скопления большого кол-ва персонажей, вчера пусле запуска серверов я даже на арену зайти не смог, 5 раз пытался добежать до нпц и после каждых 2-3х шагов выкидовало, детали ошибки те же сами что и у тридцатого в первом посте, в цуп не писал, ибо это безсмыслено, будешь ждать пол года и в итоге получишь ответ - ставь полную лиц. винду и ваще меняй свой калькулятор на более мощный, хотя моего железа с лихвой хватит играть на макс. настройках не токо в 3.0 но и в 5.0
