    how long does it take for support to respond at this time, i mean after all the holidays, when they should be working at full capacity?

    okay, i'll ask different. since when gms started suspending characters w/o writing a reason in support? it's 2 days without a response.

    hello,

    in normal condition tickets are processed within 24 hours. well due to recent gm's holidays it can be longer but no more then 48 or 72 hours. if you send me ticket number via pw i can ask for it.
