[Connection Problem] Impossible to connect since 22.01.2014 ~20h GMT+1

    hi there,

    i got a really annoying problem.
    since yesterday evenning, i can't connect any account.

    i get the "you have been disconnected from the server. please login again." message when i select the server, "core".

    i tryied launching the game on chrome, firefox and nothing changed. *note: i'm using legal windows 7*
    also tryied to repair the game, restart computer and network, still no changes.

    before getting this problem the first time, i had two accounts logged. one on firefox (premium) and the second on chrome (non-premium).

    i disconnected the account from chrome, and let the account from firefox on to sell some crystals. i kept only one lineage2 window openned because i needed power on my computer to draw on gimp using a tactil pad (bamboo wacom).

    but i really doubt my problem comes from that. (as i stopped any process related to the tactil pad, and also restarted the computer to not have them running)

    and please don't answer me it's because of anti-virus or firewall, because i also tested without them.
    at the moment there is only my computer on the network, and only lineage2 have problems.

    hello,

    this error appear only when server port is being blocked by 3rd software during logging in.

    how did you test anty-virus/firewall? are you awared that it must be uninstalled in order to check it properly?
    also check your router if any ports are being blocked.

    ps: including l2.exe or whole folder to whitelist in antyvirus is not enough. it must be uninstalled.

    i will post as soon as possible which ports must be enabled.

    hi there!i had a similar problem few months ago https://4gameforum.com/showthread.php?t=20840 check this topic i had made with my problem.i did all could possibly do but still nothing so i made a support ticket and they asked some info to give them and they were able to fix it.i had that problem from my pc and from my laptop so they needed to fix both.use support ticket its the fastest way to check whats wrong and get a solution.

    i'm playing on the server since 2 weeks, and it's only since yesterday evenning i cannot log in anymore.

    and about the firewall and anti-virus, i simply diactivated them and nothing changed. (also uninstalled anti-virus to test, no changes)

    already done, but i posted on the forum too because someone could have had the same problem and a possible solution.

    you most likely might have same problem as i had like i describe on my older post all stages i went through and all things i tried.just wait for the support to ask more information and help you.in the meantime check that topic and try things they had proposed to me or i did just in case they work for you and get fixed or else support team is your last chance.notice they might have a lot of work and it might take some time(took 4 days for me to solve my problem) but i am sure if you got premium account they will pay you back for the lost time so dont worry just be patience.

    and yes my problem seems to be the same, on laptop. first time disconnect me, then says i'm already logged.
    i made nothing except connecting and disconnecting my tactical pad between when i could login and now that i cannot login.

    i worry more about my crystal and soulshot commerce more than for pa. x'd

    one friend, who lives in another country, will try to log on my account. i'll inform you if he could log or not.

    so my friend, which lives in france, can log on my account.

    i can't from switzerland since yesterday evenning.

    waiting for router port list to allow.

    then i suppose only the support team can help you with this.give them few days and they will solve the problem.

    okay so i restarted again my computer, by stopping and then starting it.

    and now it seems to work, i really don't understand what the hell happens.

    but this topic can be closed.
