    как и в этой: https://forum.4game.ru/showthread.php?t=401678 теме, при входе в игру вылазит ошибка 153.
    https://forum.4game.ru/showthread.php?t=200258 это не помогает
    утилита проверки клиента обнаружила отсутствие двух файлов:
    файл отсутствует | system\frost.ico
    файл отсутствует | system\gameshielddll.dll
    но сама она не догружает эти файлы, да и запускатор тоже
    что делать?

    антивируса как такового нет, только родной windows defender
    но я уже добавила всю папку 4game в исключения, на всякий случай

    трасса хорошая, на третий хоп не обращайте внимание.
    рекомендую вам вот что, проверьте пк на наличие вирусов, для этого можно использовать:

    anti-malware - http://download.emsisoft.com/emsisoftantimalwaresetup_ru.exe (рекомендую для проверки в первую очередь)
    drweb cureit! - https://www.freedrweb.com/download+cureit+free/?lng=ru (если ну удалось запустить anti-malware, использовать в режиме улучшеной защиты)
