Extended Error Display [check4game]

    hello everyone,


    this small patch is for everyone who experience some issues with game and has none or almost none information about it.


    this should give you more detailed information about the issue even in such cases like suddenly closed game window where there was usually no error message.


    example:

    it's in russian language so even if you have problems to understand it, there is no problem for our support team :)


    it's very easy to instal!


    what you have to do:


    - install check4game application
    - unpack it and place it in main lineage ii folder
    - rename file to : fixappinitdlls (exactly like this with upper cases aswel)
    - right click and choose "open file as administrator"
    - after confirmation you will receive message:

    and voila! it's finished. from now on you should have get more convinient error display and will help in more accurate technical help!

    i should add one thing to such crit errors... usually it happens after 2-5 minutes in game after you log in. sometimes such log, as it is shown in the picture 1, does not appear at all and client just disappears! the cure is just the same, as it is shown in pic. 2...

    so you are saying that this "l2.exe stopped working" popup after closing a client is fixable?

    is this "memory error" fixable too?

    got an answer at west to repair the client , it should solve the problem but nothing

    ps: this "stopped working" and "memory error" is since they launched god , some settings like hide pc dialogue bubble/hide your dialogue bubble or change alliance chat tab to command channel arent saved after pressing apply . you need to reapply these setting after every launched client to have these applied .

    nope, these errors are completely different... in the case that shown as an example and faulting module is galeshielddll.dll...
    and that crush what comes after closing a client is non fixable, it goes since... bc i guess)) to avoid it, you might try exiting the game via character selection

    Amarantha, 10x for your help. I managed to solve the problem. However i cannot see Core server in the list there. i only see Skelth server. i made a printscreen of it but i couldnt load it since is too big . Pls help me.

    You have downloaded the wrong client. You can repatch your downloaded client. Please go to https://eu.4game.com/lineage2/play/ page, press Settings, and choose your downloaded client as destination folder. In case you have further problems please contact me via PM or submit a request to Support Service as this thread is not the correct place to discuss your issue.

    When you start a game using 4game and you have another software running that does not effect that same game you are playing. It kicks you out and gives you a ban for 24 hours. You should fix that once I go AFK in some games and run other software.

    I do not get why you should install a software to reduce the amount of you getting kicked out while in game. For example: Pointblank. I wanted to report this to the russian version of 4game but once I do not know russian they wouldn't accept my request so I just decided to mention it here. This error should be fixed in all games once this happens in most games I play with your servers. I have been playing games since 2013 but still getting the same error again and again.
