Stop closing "bot" threads.

    let ppl have some conversation about issue. dont close it "becouse". what means u actualy work against anti-bot discusion and public disaproval of ur anti bot policy. whole that stuff looks like privite server issue where u ban/close w/e is not in ur favor even if its true. if u want to have nice reputation of bot free serv do smthing with bots not bot-anger-and-innova-antibot-ideas-uselessness threads

    u put more damn effort to close these threads than to get rid of bots at all.

    stop being stalin with 99,99999% voters frequency which is obvious bullcrap

    you all need to learn once and for all that the forum staff and the support team staff are two separate groups of people, forum staff deal with the forum and support team deal with all support issues and bot hunting so what ever effort the forum staff do here has zero reflect or impact on what work the support team staff do.

    and 9kkkk threads reporting bots on the forum will be closed when we have told and re told to the point of exhaustion that the bot reports must go through support.

    so send support staff here? we wana know who they are if they are that useless. some official reports of their actions are welcome here.

    if they are worthy their jobs, prove it somehow. right now they are ghosts that no1 seen and their actions are unseen just as well. we are customers and it is quite obvious, comunity aproved demand and right.

    can be done? yes. is it feedback that doesnt need korean brainiacs aproval to be accepted? yes


    and still closing threads has no other explanation than silencing down discusion about bot issue.

    sure we can send support staff to spend all day sitting on the forums and then they can't answer your support tickets and deal with things they need to deal with.....

    yes sorry this is sarcasm but you complain that they do not do their jobs and then insist they stop doing their jobs just to read things here all day that should be sent to them directly via a ticket...do you see the irony?

    we ask you to follow a process so that staff have the information in the optimum place thus enabling them to do their job more efficiently...we can not discuss bans in public so this "report" you want can be nothing more then a figure which some of you no doubt will only accuse as being a false figure anyway that we randomly generate because conspiracy is strong amongst you.

    no1 knows who they are and what they do. serv full of bots, that's only fact we know so far.


    yes u cant discus bans openly cos there are no bans to be discussed about.
    from whole that thing u seem to be just affraid to publicly annonce that u banned 5x 50 lvl bots during whole week, which is great success. and what would officialy be show off of anti bot actions failure(second after full bot serv). shot in a foot right?

    prove me and whole serv quitting cos of mass bots wrong, plz do. just make official "ban list" including lvl, nick, online time (yes to show super eficiency which u can be proud of fo sho) and offense. u can write simple scipt for that right? auto raport which wont even affect support service team. do that show us how many bots u did ban- else u are just another bot friendly br servidor, that cannot prove any succeses against bot matter

    2nd of all as in every bot thread was told this is community forum, it is not the place where u report bots. how hard it is for u to understand that? just quit already and stop being so negativ about admins dude.
    and last but not least, i do believe that noone has to give u any proof of bots banned, since this is the matter of support and the violator;) so stop demanding things u shall not get.

    support staff does more than forwarding bot report tickets to gms. there is limited work force and they have to deal with a lot of stuff, like technical issues, payment issues, checking in-game bugs and so on, not to mention many of customers do improper report. it takes alot of time investigating an issue. i was working on support staff (not this game) and believe me, serving 1000 (at least) population is not an easy task. it only looks that easy.

    fyi : we are talking for bots that has been reported from 2013 bro , actually we are entering the 5-th month of 2014 and yet those non players are farming like bosses . the only legelal explonations that we got its that *alarion* and some other brilliant guys with superhuman brains ,control 7box at once with super swiching abilities up to seconds or even miliseconds .

    this is the reality . so if u are so clueless ----> back to ur cave , and make more fortunkas and mortunkas and kartias .

    it's not different than another subject. and i don't see the point to close all bot topic.

    it's interesting to see if there is a lot, or not, their name / clan, location, etc ...

    at some point, it's showing to public the state of server. no point to close / delete topics since it's not an assitance request.

    this... i'm sure the support tries to do their best... but when i see someone report bots on forum 15-04-2014 while in december 2013 i've reported this on support (and got confirmation they were going to handle it), then it pisses me off. it makes me question whether the gms are actually capable of judging bots.

    and this conversation has now turned into speculation that is inaccurate or misunderstandings of what another person is speculating by a lot of you.

    there are threads about bots that are open and have been left open, the ones that get closed are the ones where they are reporting bots to us via the forums - this would be an "assistance request" as you put it - and we instruct the poster of the correct process and then close those threads or they are multiple threads of the same subject which is considered a form of spam and people should be using the search function to find threads already existing about the topic.

    stop trying to make propaganda about everything in the world please.

    @zosiek again you request some report including names etc of people banned and we have already advised you numerous times that discussing bans publicly is not possible, ban information such as what you have requested is considered private information between innova and the user concerned. so again that leaves us only one option which is to say a numerical representation and again that will only be turned into some false propaganda that we randomly give a number and you don't believe us so no matter what we do or do not do people will believe what they want to believe and nothing more.

    if you can honestly sit there and tell me that you will be satisfied with one of us posting once per week something like "hello fellows, this week we have banned *enter random number here* bots, happy gaming!" then so be it but i want complete honesty from you that this sort of thing will be satisfactory and will not then result in you posting some time later "innova are liars, that's just a number they picked randomly just to shut us up *enter whatever extra propaganda here*"

    and do you know who is the head of the it department, or the head of the marketing department, or the head of human resources department, or the mail person or the secretary of the project manager? there are thousands of innova employees that you do not know should we demand they all drop their jobs to come say hello to you once a week? should i request that your parents come to the forums once per week and make a post just so that i know you are a real person playing a video game?

    people are paid to do their jobs and they have their own responsibilities, the forum staff have the responsibility to care for the forum, the support team staff have the responsibility to deal with support tickets and any/all necessary actions required to take to action those tickets and resolve the issues within them. do we really need to explain to you how the chain of command works within any company? the forum staff are here to relay information that is possible to be relayed to you from other departments within a company so that they can continue to do what they are paid to do.

    also u arent making public their privite character info, but innova character info as it is stated nothing here belongs to us. other story if u'd want to announce personal info
    also u can change ur privacy bot policy. doable, isnt it? at least i seen note there u can update terms from time to time
    comunity friendly? yes.

    if nicknames are so private why i cant hide them in game "becouse"? ill scam any1 bot and no1 will know who to report. lets make serv more bot scammer ****** friendly going further with current "privite information between innova and players". we play with bots right now. so after official innova "sentence" their nicknames should be public

    if they are thousands, it shouldnt be problem if one have done smthing across whole that stuff to inform their customers about improvements and latest staff actions. also at least one could take care of these bots 8h/day hows normal ppl works. thats 2 extra seats out of thousands useless ones.

    and yes im customer landerim, i have to put some euros to get something u get by setting few summoners on dv(judging on ur post).




    and deepblue, answear to ur question which is in summ-up: "tell me u will be satisfied when ill announce some cool-story w/o any proove we did it". is kinda obvious, until we realy see bots being finaly banned.

    dude, u srsly got a problem with urself. i bet ur one of those getting a free snack from a hostess and then claiming some customer right to this free snack yay?:d
    game is f2p, u dont have to pay for anything, items bought in l2store are not urs, they bvelong to innova, therefore u cannot demand any customer rights, and never will be able to.

    if u rly dont like the company and server, why dont u just quit and find other game or server? there are doezns of them. i started playing here 1,5 month ago and since then ur every single post on this forum is showing tons of butthurt u got toward the server/administration/innova, and most of it is just lies and fake propaganda. this are not the things that newcomers should read.
    and lastly i still do not understand what u try to achieve by posting this kind of **** on forum, as u ve been told several times, that bot reports should be done via support, and from my pov they are doing good job, around 1m5 months here and so far seen few spammers in aden that dissappeared within a day. and btw accusing other of botting without any proof? i believe it is against the rules, at least it was on nc server boards.

    it seems you do need me to be tell you once again how the chain of command works in a company:

    first of all do not miss quote someone just to satisfy your propaganda.

    second of all again there is nothing more we can do other then provide you with a numerical figure, we certainly can not record one of our staff members using administrative panels inside the game physically banning bots which is basically what you are saying you require as a form of proof and i think you are intelligent enough to understand why.

    having to get proof is bull**** indeed... but if a bot is reported we should be able to expect they really get handled and we won't see them botting again... unfortunately old bots are still running around after 4-5 months of reporting. either the person who handles reported bots did not handle it properly, or the punishment for bots (30 days ban only while it takes less time to make 100 more) is a joke...

    well numerical statistics including lvls online time mby bot locs and profs even with censored nicknames would be good start to gain comunity trust.
