i get an error message when i press play on site:
here's something that should help:
go to the game folder and do the following:
- delete contetnts of frost and system folders
- delete hidden file updater.cache.data
then restore the game at 4game page.
cant you guys just update properly without fails? after all needed to restart pc
hi i have problem to with frost.it started after maintance today . i deleted system + frost after a fixed game but i have the same problem. when i click on play. only smal blue circle apper and cycling and thats all.
please use this app and follow the steps provided on that site.
i've got the same problem. i used that 4game tool and did everything wrted on the guide for it. i use restore game fonction and still nothing. it's the second time it happen. and it's not my av or firewall : i don't have av and my firewall is unactive.
if any of you changed environment to pts and now trying to log on live, you will need to reboot your pc.
i never go pts and i don't even know how to go pts. i did back all previous manipulation : restore game, 4gamecheck tool, reboot, delete cache, etc ... and still blocked on the blue spin turning in circle.
use net diag option and paste results.
please send me on pw "launcherupdater.log". you can find it in frost directory.
seems win 7 don't use netdiag anymore but the troubleshooting system instead. if you talk about it, i used and it didn't find any problem.

so, after 5 days no answer ? no help ? what about my pa's days remaining ? pretty sure support won't give me back all the days i'm losing. tomorrow will make one complet week didn't able to log cause of that frost. support (ticket nâ°4725-shjk-1636) didn't answer since 3 days after asking me some files like dxdiag, msdiag and some others.
yes, you got work with the server merge, but seriously ... that frost is just a pain atm. i always got problem with it. and i'm sure than i'm not alone.
please do the following:
- delete frost folder
- install wireshark
- start wireshark, press "start a new live capture"
- start l2
- wait for the problem to appear
- end live capture
- send me wireshark log
