    does atk speed affects skil cooldown?

    i would like to see an experiment on what affects skill re-use time actually. :eek:

    since goddess it shouldnt ... it should affect just speed of casting skills

    yes i would like to see that too to know for sure what affect besides epic jewels or augnament on weapon
    hmm , someone told me that still affect few months ago ,but few days ago someone else told me is not , so i'm bit confused if it is or not:)

    i can save your time - no. this was changed idk when... when destros throw their cursed daggers away.. on gracia or hellbound chronicle

    augments refresh and jewels yes. but it depends on necklace - 5-10%

    hello,

    all skills have fixed reuse time. it means atk speed only let you cast it faster. however, you can still lower reuse time by using jewels. it has been changed in high five if i'm correct.

    there should be also a gap - 40% or 50%.

    not only jewelry.

    skills also reduce re-use time, i'll test it out with stats though.

    it changed in gracia final

    and i don't think there's a cap on it.

    nop , maximum the skill casting time

    cap is removed , +8 la + ability + augment + elf + evas rune + necklace etc

    the cap is 1.0 sec reuse on skills (unless they have a forced no cooldown or a fixed cooldown),
    so around 150-160% if you add the numbers which ingame is around 100%

    what does this mean? that skills that reach 1 second cooldown arent afected?

    how all skills can have fixed reuse time when you can change reuse time via augment, jewels etc? some does, but not all.

    no, this means if your skill has for example 300sec reuse and you stack the maximum amount of cooldown (100%), the skill wont have 0 reuse but 1.0, just like panic heal for example, when you cast it it says 0sec, but with a delay and you can see it but it is 1.0s in the end
