    hello!

    i post about this lagg/delay second time. before i received that answer, use pay program. i dont want to pay for programs if i want to play. i'm from hungary, and i have telecom (t-com) internet. i play here from january, i dont have any problem for 2-3 months. after april i got this lagg, freezes, for 1 month i use wtfast, and whit that all good. after wtfast trial over, i leaved server, and now i come back and still lagging. i dont have any problem in other servers (ncwest, rampage). before somebody says, i dont have mouse problem. here's one video about this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bjgbfbrsjy&list=uu7zoqo1a1afcsorzjpafcyq

    hello!

    as far as i understand, your problems are connected with your isp. i'm sure that have something to do with your routing to our servers.

    please use winmtr app to check your route and ping to our services.
    use this ip address as a target of your test: 109.105.156.11

    please paste winmtr for address: google.com
    according to your winmtr, you shouldnt supose to even connect to our servers.

    i'm 100% sure that this problem can be solved by your isp, this is nothing we can fix unfortunately.

    still dont understand, why i can play on other servers without lags, and other games too like aion (uk server), and how i could play here before months without lag. innova fixed it before when a lot of people have this problem, but when only few members have, dont do anything. but if dont need more euro okay.

    please leave the sarcastic propaganda aside when someone from the team is already trying to assist you.

    can you provide links to this previous problem which as you said was fixed by innova in past? maybe then we can compare and see what, if anything, can be replicated to try and resolve this issue for you.

    i will contact some other team members to make sure that your case isn't a result of what we saw back in december last year but it is highly unlikely as if this was the case it would be affecting more then just one person, so, in the mean time can you follow the directions given by pazak in that thread here and then we can have a real good look at whats going on for you.

    same problem said many times from hungary with t-home net, but the answer was always the same. nobody from t-home can play without any lagg decreaser program. wtfast write 80% pocket loss with the server. they can play any other games without problem.

    i see now that volpe is from hunary with t-home net. :d

    i play also from hungary, but different internet provider (upc) and the connections are fine,
    my opinion is
    first of all the user should contact via email to their costumer service "ugyfelszolgalat@t-home.hu"
    and report the routing issues ( packet loss ),
    if its global problem for all users under t-home innova could make contact for solution.

    as i said trigger nobody from t-home can play without lagg. t-home said the same like innova, there is no problem on their side, talk with innova... from my clan one day to the next ~20-25 members disappeard because of this.

    if you provide logs with packet loss they cannot say there is no problem,
    but yes it is two sided problem
    routing issues can be on both side,
    1. can be innova's isp routing issues to t-home ip addresses
    2. can be t-home routing issues to innova's isp.

    when innova has updates (play button) they are downloading with 10-100 kbps.
