    hi -to anybody- ,

    clanhall costs are steadily increasing with each patch, thats nice... atm its roughly 200mil / month.
    so as a clan you need to organize something to raise the money.

    now we're doing this by monitoring each contribution that comes in from a clannie each month. so that means about 50-70 mails to process by the cleader, putting names and contribution in an xls sheet.
    managing consequences, reminding, etc.

    this process is maintained for each clannie and takes quite a lot of effort, taking away the pleasure of gaming.
    other system we tried is to put clanraid loot in clanwarehouse to sell, but that failed :)

    does anybody have a system which is not timeconsuming, that can monitor each clannie's contribution ?

    but what i would really like is for innova to go to the ncsoft devs:
    can you try and suggest to ncsoft devs that there needs to be some sort of clan contribution system in place. this system should have for each person:
    * amount of adena,
    * and interval (monhtly)
    * or maybe: automatically deduct adena from clannies at a certain time?
    * or maybe: a portion of monster moneydrops goes to clan warehouse
    * penalty installed for not paying,
    * mail when people have not contributed
    * ultimately evict clannie from clan when continuously not contributing.

    before the raise of costs , there were a handful of people fully contributing all the clan costs.

    ideas??

    raid drop/castle usually pays for ch in top clans. but they also keep track who's participating in raid/cs. so no easy way, always somebody has to keep track of things.
    ncsoft probably wont change a thing, they are tooooo lazyyyy, and of course with this low budget project laziness wont disappear.
    at a beginning of this (core) server, when my clan was gathering taxes to pay for ch, there was no big problem to gather them by mail.
    and it's a good thing that ch cost is increasing, no need for weak/dead clans, to have ch ;)

    in some clans cl pays for the ch alone. anyway if you are in a small clan just ask ppl to gather the money like 5kk / week or so. not that hard to get the money anyway. that's not a high amount.

    tell cp leaders to gathee money from their members.
    or do clan hall sieges on friday and apend whole loot for ch payments so you will avoid taking money from clan members

    so basically, there's no easy way around the administration "do-it-yourself". huuu big fat xls sheet and hours of maintaining woohoo :)

    really i would hope that you guys put this under the attention of the ncsoft devs :)

    don't bother with mails / paiement. just take a fortress, (or a castle if you can) and do every 24h the fortress / castle instance with few clan members, gather all ke from your party, sell them and pay your ch with that.
