    hello, someone would explain me what's the wrong with the support? why it takes few days to answer a simple question? do you work 2h per week?

    do you think that your ticket is the only ticket? it is standard practice for companies to have anything from 24 hours to a week allotted as a time frame for a response to tickets and we have said countless times that if the delay is anything longer then a few days then feel free to send one of us a private message with your ticket number so we can have a look and see what any delay might be.
