hello guys i will be soon 99 lvl so i am looking for some infos about my future setup.

whats the p/def difference in stats +/- between an eternal +3 robe set and +6 set?
its worth to focus on +6set first or the difference is low?
i done some tests in a pvp server and the results between sets was:
    eternal +3set < +100 more p/def with seraph +6set
    eternal+3set < +200 more p/def with eternal+6 set
but since that files arent official it may be inaccurate.

if anyone remember or can test the p/def difference +/- in stats between that sets will help me a lot! thanks

if pdef difference is only 200,its stupid to spend so much money for +6 set.lf answer from someone who test it here to check if this 200 pdef difference is accurate

eternal have better set stats and let u add pvp/pve option. seraph don't. end of topic :).

about oe. +6 isn't so important srsly. if u have blessed set ofc it does more diffirence but real advantage give u +7 set. but to make +7 u need to have +6 first so sooner or later u will need to enchant. or buy enchanted.

don't bother with +6 seraph if you can get +3 eternal, you'll limit your options in future way too much. in either case, you'll not notice much difference but again, there's much more you can do with r99 +3 than +6 seraph, you can always sometimes try to go +6 with enchants or trades, with seraph it's unlikely you'll get any better than that.

if you can get +8 set (blessed twilight and above) though, i'd definitely get that and hold on before getting r99 :d

    this.
+8 set blessed twilight or seraph is smth you can use until you make your first pvp parts on r99.

i hope you noobs understand that the average person on core cannot afford pve or pvp parts right?

no eternal has no so much better set stats. lets take light eternal for example. enchant type and assassin one.

    enchant type on eternal = str +3, con -1, p. atk. + 246, skill mp consumption - 4%, resistance to hold + 10, skill p. atk. + 6% (aka skill damage +6%), hp + 521,p. atk. spd. + 3%, resistance to attributes + 15, p. atk. additional + 7%

    assassin type on eternal=dex +3, str -1, evasion + 2.3; resistance to sleep + 10, skill mp consumption - 4%; chance of absorbing 2% of damage, critical rate + 3.3%; resistance to attributes + 15, atk. spd. + 3%, p. atk. additional + 7%

check enchant type and assassin type of seraph now

    enchant type on seraph = str +3, con -2, p. atk. + 214, skill mp consumption - 4%, resistance to hold + 10, mental attack bonus + 20, hp + 511, p. atk. spd. + 3%, resistance to attributes + 15, p. atk. additional + 7%

    assassin type on seraph = dex + 3, str - 2, evasion + 2.3; resistance to sleep + 10, skill mp consumption - 4%, skill attack + 6%, critical rate + 3.3%; resistance to attributes + 15, atk. spd. + 3%, p. atk. additional + 7%

    check the differences.

i had eternal light +4 x3 +3 x2 enchant type. i know that on near future there is no chance to got for pve or pvp parts and making the eternal +6 would cost me a lot of money and nerves so what i did? i switched to +6 seraph assassin type (and had 500kk profit also invested on octavis ring) so i wouldn't lose the skill +6% damage from the set. the p. def difference is like 150-200 minus in full buffs. but, what's the good thing? the good thing is that +6 on light gives +10% general debuff resistance. i might try going for +7 set soon i 'll see.

the thing is that +6 on light is worth it even if it is seraph for me. the p def reduction is insignificant compared to the debuff bonus. you can eat 30k from daggers with or w/o that 150 p def more lol.. so...if you dont plan to make pve parts or pvp parts, for me get a seraph +6 if it is light. now if we are talking about robe or heavy armor i do not think +6 bonus is so important to be honest.

i would agree with you but it's not all about pvp. it's also about having a clear progression path that you're not stuck with lower grade gear that can't be improved even if you wanted...

we're talking about robes here, compare +6 bonus of robe with +6 bonus of light. +10% debuff resist is way nicer than +30% weight limit... i guess.

right i did not notice that "robe" thingie he used, he should have it on title as well :d ... anyway, lets make it a bit general. there are not only 3 classes ingame. other people should be interested in the topic as well.

still eternal robe is same as seraph robe but has better set stats/p.def (not much but is better ^^) and option for pve/pvp.

minus of this game is that r/r95 don't have this options (pve/pvp)

about +8. srsly cost of enchanting r95/r99 and chance aswell is same so why u would try to enchant r95 on +8 ?

and in case of pve it is much cheaper than pvp so it isn't reserved only for rich ones.

blessed parts r99 to make them pve are not easy ot cheap to find. unless you wanna risk with failure chance on normal parts. your funeral in the worst case, not mine.

if u wanna invest some adena in elcyum cause u couldnt find blessed robe parts (or for some other reasons) u can still go for pve/pvp with standard armor parts. ofc it could fail but with elcyum the chance is kinda low that it fails. (or i was goddam lucky that 0 of my normal robe parts failed. which i doubt cause i usually dont have any luck ;p )

anyway in general its about how much ur pocket can afford. i m happy with what i got because it is working the way i wanted. if i get somehow money in future i might think going back to r99. it's not hard to do it.

i dun wanna bump such an old thread, but you guys were criticizing that average players cant make pvp or pve sets but why would you use r99 then at all? any blessed +7 (or higher) twilight set is giving more pdef and the set bonuses aint that much of a big deal. a +7 set even gives 5k more hp.
i mean ok it's only my opinion, but the price of a +7 tw bless robe is less than +6 normal eternal.
if you can afford +6 normal eternal it's still a good set no doubt. but if u can't pvp anyways then staying in tw is a cheap and viable option.
