how long does it take more?
you need to be patient, support team doing their best to fix everything asap!
try to understand my situation, spending lots of euros should perhaps guarantee us some more detailed info than "sorry for taking so long, we are doing everything to resolve this problem, but at the moment we receive so many tickets that we can't fix it faster than it is possible". eska you know how low online was on lilith, even if 1/2 of them got the same problem with missing characters, i think it isn't that much. still can't understand why people who send ticket much longer after i did it, are happy to get back their characters. even in topic before some guy post that he has recover his heroes in about 10 +/- days.
unfortunately due to the nature of these character transfers having to be done manually by staff members it does take a long time.
just because your online numbers on lilith approaching the server merge in your eyes was low does not mean that other people who decided to start playing again after the merge don't want their characters transfered so those people have also submitted tickets.
also please note that if you bump your ticket through support continuously it could end up further back in the queue so please just try and be patient and your character will be restored as soon as it comes to the front of the queue.
