    i would like ts, skype, whatsapp, ventrilo or any similar communication tool information to talk directly with someone from innova.

    user agreement says that
    5.10. in case of any questions or problems related to the game (such as technical questions, questions related to the agreement, imposed sanctions, the game scenario and process), the user shall address his/her requests to the help desk (support team) at: support.4game.com. this is the most sufficient way to turn to the support team. however the user may send his/her request to innova by e-mail (innova@inn.eu) or by post (for the postal address please see section 9 of the agreement). the user acknowledges that support tickets addressed to the help desk shall be in english, the help desk replies will be in english as well.

    seen as you're making a mistake which is massively interfering with my game play in which you are making unilateral decissions based on erroneous information and it has taken 5 days to get a single response from the so called support team i was hoping for a faster more efficient way to have a normal conversation with any one.

    according to user agreement,
    5.12. the help desk shall send a reply to the user within 10 days after the date of receipt of the user’s application and submission of the full and authentic 4game account registration data thereby. such term may be increased, depending on the nature of the issue, which shall be additionally notified to the user.

    the most efficient way to get an answer is to submit a petition and wait for gm's answer.

    i am unsure how you can claim something efficient may take up to 10 days. in what form or manner is an up to 10 day period efficient?.

    you have in place a system in which i am completly deprived of all rights that are provided to me under the user agreement without any reason, aside from the mistake innova is making because of the in game systems ncsoft has itself implemented.

    this system has taken almost all i have in this game since the past friday, given me 0 possibility of finding out what is going on or why. all you have done is provide me with bits and pieces of the user agreement and regulations here and there. regulations and agreement which i have not broken neither in fact nor in spirit.

    i can bear in mind adnotations made on this forum which refer to problems that are completly unrelated to mine and i can also bear in mind all the problems the support team may have in answering tickets, petitions and alike, (the previous times the support team took two weeks to answer a petition which did not render me unable to enjoy the game, i had no problem keeping things in mind) i can even bear in mind causing me to interrupt my gameplay with an event going on in which i would be making between 20 to 40 billion adena, due to a mistake by innova's part as long as the same courtesy is paid to me by innova's staff members.

    the losses you are causing me and the complete lack of communication and consideration perpetrated by the actions innova has taken against me without warning, contact or evidence and the continuous waiting is what made me post on the forums and ask for contact information and a way to expedite the solution of this mistake you are making.

    consideration is due where consideration is given.

    you have been provided a list of ways to contact us in onyx's first response to you, the support system will always be the fastest way to contact staff with regards to any in game/account/billing issues.
    yes there are delays at this moment in time dealing with tickets, but please bear in mind that you are not the only user submitting tickets and the support team are people not robots.

    delays happen in life all the time and getting irrate about it never solves anything, please just be patient and a member of the support team will get to your ticket in due time and will respond to you.

    the forum staff can not do anything related to such issues, therefore making multiple posts demanding something from them here is not of any help to yourself.
