Update 8mb taking 2 hours...

    hi

    my l2 is updating and it is doing something really strange it counts up like 1mb dl 2 mb dl 3 mb then suddenly it reverts back to 600kb dl...

    so the effect is my game is never updating it goes up and down up and down?

    wth is going on? is this a server update issue?

    ia there another way to get the update? my update goes all the way to 35mb of 40 then starts going down to 32mb...back up to 35 down to 32?????????????

    tried the checker, didn't help, re installed entire game - still stuck now on 2mb left to dl and it keeps jumping up and down.

    can i please get a refund for my premium account as i can't play the game and i just recently paid for a month's premium subscription.

    please check your hard drive free space and simply reinstall 4game-service.

    my hard drive has 36 gigs free - i uninstalled 4game and the game again, re installed both - still doing the same thing...it gets to 38mb of 40 then bounces back to 35...goes up to 38 then bounces back down again.

    please just let me know how you plan to refund me, i spend real life money for premium account and i can't play thanks to some problem downloading some stupid patch.

    fyi there should be a manual process to download these files in cases like this...

    its really stupid that because a updater is glitching i can not play this game for 48 hours..

    i had that problem once...eventually i couldnt find anything more to help me solve it than re-installing windows. i won't recommend you to do the same before checking what the proposed me to do on that thread back then.

    send it via pm

    ofc. replace [username] with your username, example:

    i have lineage 2 on a desktop and laptop it is giving me the same update problem on both computers...

    i am not re installing windows...

    my problem is identical to elesmira and i don't even run a virus program so it has nothing to do with it...

    uninstalled windows - re installed and only installed l2 and the updater does exactly the same thing, this is a joke - please fix your ****ing systems...

    and refund me for paying for a months premium account and not being able to log in thanks..

    you can't login since 1 month?

    i don't have pm with log file i asked for in previous post:

    if you want me to help you please follow steps i ask, otherwise my hands are tied.

    as you can see people are able to update our service and play a game, following this logic that issue is not global, that mean something probably must be wrong on client-side.

    please calm down and provide me that log file.

    i contacted you on your skype explaining the windows/temp folder did not have the specified logs you asked for, there is nothing resembling the files you are asking for so either i am looking in the wrong place or you are explaining it wrong...

    c:/windows/temp ...has no files names my username or 4game logs in it.

    and p.s you format your entire hard drive and start from scratch only for the stupid game updater to do the same thing and see how patient/happy you are.

    and it has been 72 hours of me not being able to log in so i am losing the money for my premium account for these days, and it doesn't seem like it is going to be resolved any time soon as you ignore my pm on skype.

    i do not feel that my reaction is strange or unreasonable.

    someone added me to skype friend list but i have no message about whos that person or even link with thread ;)
    send me message so i know who you are. i have a lot of ppl adding me everyday when they have any issue.

    that file must be in that folder, otherwise there are some issues on your pc with privileges

    pm'd you the info you need, reason i couldn't find it is because your first post mentioned nothing about a zptr folder. any news? it is now 96 hours i cant get event items and 96 hours i paid premium account for lost...

    this is really bad, i re downloaded entire client so you can't blame and say it is my side - this windows is also brand new install and no virus program running to interfere with game..

    please refund my money for premium account or do something...

    please give me an email address to send the logs too it will not allow me to send it via pm, it just fails to send over and over..

    can you please address the fact that since your last update i can not log in and can you address the fact that i want a refund for the wasted days on my premium account?
