Paying customers and problem's with support.

    greetings,

    as a paying customer of your service, i had a few questions on the entire leadership of this service.

    1, where a gaming problem, problems associated with the use of the service or the like, where is the need to contact support, i wonder why nobody does not answer any of the ticket sent.

    2, these people who pay for premium approach spend euro in section l2store, could support devote at least here has not it?

    3, i think deleting mail, and subsequently sending a short private messages that far not connected with the problem is solved?

    4, i think this is fair play your part relative to paying customers?

    let's make one such new year wishes (probably all of us ((mainly paying)) player)

    start finally also interested in the player, and not just about how much euros comes to the monthly bill. those of the euro comes from us from the players who would certainly appreciated the faster and more efficient access from your side !!!

    i can not imagine of the corporate management would accept money for certain services, and which, in case of infringement of contractual obligations just closed the door in front of customers, they would not last long.

    thus, by this led innova please, think about their actions.

    with wishes of successful new year as your customers.

    i totally agree with isabellak, its not just my case but many people are waiting for your answer.
    i followed your rules, i payed lot of money for months of premium, and in game l2 store. only what i want is your faster answers to tickets and explanation. im waiting every day for your answer!

    iirc, they have a period of 5 or 7 opened days -without saturday and sunday- to answer your ticket.
