Выбивает ошибку при запуске игры

при загрузке игры, до выбора персонажа выбивает ошибку.
на втором компьютере всё отлично работает, брал неоднократно от туда клиент.
пробовал переустановку винды. удалял aion.bin, crysystem.dll, bin32, bin64 и папку frost, после докачивал их с запускатора. все драйвера ставил новые, и пробовал старые. у меня 2 планки оперативки, побывал вытаскивать по одной. касперским проверял всё, не одного вируса, так же пробовал запускать с выключином антивирусом.
что уже делать попросту не знаю

падение происходит в модулях directx. попробуйте обновить его до последней версии с помощью инсталлятора dxwebsetup из папки запускатора.

 

попробовал обновить, написало что обновление не требуется, сейчас пробую установить другую видео кару.
с другой видео картой таже самая ошибка(

попробуйте удалить папку data и сделать полное обновление файлов. если не поможет, попробуйте сделать полную перекачку клиента.

 

после удаления папки data провёл полную проверку, всё скачалось. включил побегал пару минут и опять выскочила та же ошибка. после провёл ещё одну проверку и выскачило это

теперь после нажатия полной проверки файлов, ползунок доходит до середины примерно, и выскакивает синий экран. чем дальше тем хуже))

 

ошибка чексуммы - это проблема с файлом в вашем клиенте. идет сравнение оригинального файла с тем, который находится на вашем компьютере и выдается ошибка, если файлы не совпадают. есть небольшой гайдик - https://forum.4game.ru/showthread.php?t=288045.

 

чтобы понять что вызывает у вас синий экран необходим код ошибки и дополнительная информация bsod.
посмотреть их можно в создаваемом дампе памяти при помощи этой утилиты: http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
