lf for some help with playing my healer, i uploaded it into general discussion cause video was too short and i tough that uploading it here would be a bad idea... posting it there was even worse, only anxii provided one feedback, the rest were just trolls. (really this video is not made to troll, i thanks lukila pt for this fight, we all enjoyed i think, maybe puchu didn't but in the end we all gf'd each other)

point of the topic is to mark the things i do bad on healer so i can improve them!
    like:
need to use more radiant purge.
    need to use more tree.
need to use wisely giant's favor, not as cele started.
also i would like to know what you think guys i should improove first on terms of gear, here a picture of my actual equipment.

on gear , brooch lvl 3 are huge boost , especially the pvp defense , and it's not so hard to get depending on your luck.

then try to get +8 set , even if it's twilight , the cancel and debuff resistance are something strong as well. your jewels for me are kinda ok , even if we don't see the last earring.

focus on single cleansing a lot and rmb it has a reuse just always be rdy to cleanse chaos symph. cripple. m.atk debuffs, gloom, stun, chain s&&& from the tank... eh here u go

(open it from 00:00, didnt mean to link it on some min, i just dunno how to cancel the linking xd)

focus on diamond/pearl more than making obsidian or w/e jewels (didn't rly check if u have any)

go hp setup coz ur gear is low (and for the ppl who will write nonono defence setup betta i'll just tell u not rly with his gear...)

edit: and sustain learn to use sustain healorz

hp setup is for me something to be considered as seductia said. and tbh obsidian is helping. pvp defense is better than pdef mdef for me.

i kinda prefer to stack clean or approximately clean p.def and m.def (anakim/lilith/b. anthy etc) more than pvp defense because from what i've observed b. anthy>pvp set damage-wise, i dunno it's maybe just me and my instincts but i prefer stacking clean defense more than pvp defense

the fact is that pvp defense protect you from feoh and physical damage. while trying pearl and diamond make you spend double price to be protected for both. this is my point of view. at anthy i did huge damage against you , so certainly you need mdef as well.

yes, hp setup will be better in his case cuz lolgear. and i agree that pearl/diamond lvl 3 will work better than obsidian lvl 3, but he must have them anyway.

honestly i've probably played with worse...
i would just recommend you to take better care of your position and save your skills for when they can be more useful (balance on full hp party doesn't do anything at all literally, prevision on 5s left of party rescue also, etc), using giant favor at start of cele isn't always ur fault, that's something u can't fix alone :d i didn't look at video too closely, those were just things i noticed.

    about equipment, ufff...
i would probably start with lv3 diamond for some extra pdef if you don't have
finish aps (it will be some investment to do this if you don't want to take few months to go from 7- ?!?!? to 16)
some better jewels for mdef (istina earring, istina ring/beleth)
then consider getting some better set... +8 blessed tw should be fine (better than +6 r99), after that, pearl lv3, u can put con dyes if you decide to do it for some more hp. put your dual class 99 and pick any defensive skill or debuff resist that you want.

yup, i got so nervous cause i saw daggers in my back that i forgot that my tank shouted that he used party rescue.

about the gear stuff, i though on getting at least +6 r95 for now and then upgrade jewels (brooches) and in the end jewels like istinka earring ring etc, but as i read ppl is saying that brooches >>>> upgrade armor so dunno...
about ap's, i have 3 so... i need to make sp yeah ^^

    ty all for the advices!

as an individual and for simple pvps or to run around with healer to have some fun, ronove pointed out everything needed.
i'd just add the fact you should use single cleanse more often and play looking to the game itself and not to your character :d the camera perspective you use doesnt allow you to have a full vision of the place/pvp and choose position/move wisely on the field.

if you're looking for more advanced tips, then i'd suggest you to organize your skill bar in a more efficient way to prevent the mouse clicks (that is if you really want to be the fastest possible in your reactions).
then i'd suggest to work as a party and fix that communication. you got overbuff, mass cele, giant's favour, party rescue and nocturne basically all at once. those kind of mistakes should definetly be avoided or you're wasting all yours/party defensive skills at once and be unprotected for the next moves.

in terms of gear... you already have a lot of good suggestions :d it all depends about how much you have/can invest. but definitly rush on ap!

first of all make your set 120 then try jewels and rest of the stuff, i also suggest u to change for recovery type while its most usefull on mass pvp than magic. at this point you should also focus on items which are easily available like aria bracelet, cloak, better sigil etc

i won't really comment on gear nor skill setups (like enchants) because i don't like to and it's often to each one's own perspective.

as a general matter (i havent watched toooo closely, but i rewatched it twice (at least partly) to give you some advice :d):

    - more single cleanses, as shimura/ronove etc pointed out already. the reason is very simple: no debuffs = no dmg. if your party member dies without any debuffs, you can't do much more other than stacking him more. but the general rule of no debuffs = no damage is nearly 100% of the time valid.

    - you already use chain heal properly, but just be more instinctive to use it as your very first heal if you take dmg from a dagger or dmg to your hp. it is practically the strongest heal you have (aside maybe balance life).

    - use your skills when it's neccessary. unlike earlier chronicles the re-use on giant's favor is pretty low now, that's why you shouldn't treat it like a treasure but you also shouldn't waste it.
there are two ways to use it properly: you take lots of dmg and want to survive or your main dds/2nd healer take loads of dmg due to enemy rhapsody and you need to outheal it.
during giant's favor spamming group heal helps a lot as well.

    - maybe a bit more group heals, they will cover quite some aoe dmg you guys take, but don't over do it ofc, focus on the party members which take dmg.

    - when deciding to panic heal, have some mental priority list in your mind. if you have 2 dds and a healer taking dmg, you have to exactly know your party members and their gear and you have to instinctively know if they die or not. prioritize accordingly!
--> a good healer knows if a target dies before it even lost 50% of its hp. people playing with me in cp might remember that i tell them they are dead before they actually die :d

    - coordinate with your 2nd healer

    - during pvp there is not even one split second where a healer does nothing. you always have to do something and i'm not overexaggerating. if you have cele, you don't run around but you lumi your ma's targets. remember point 1? debuffs kill people, not pure damage and mark of lumi is a freaking sick and strong debuff.
---> use your dark (force?) to push back people more effectively. especially daggers who are approaching you. you don't have to actually run away a lot, rather turn to them whenever possible. you can also push back enemy healers etc.
as i said, you always have something to do, dont hesitate to do it.

    personal preferences:

    - permanently use frantic healing. even with two healers i never ran out of mp with it being permanently on. you have cheap potions for mp if stuff gets too close. you have talismans like life force to help you out. you have turn to stone, many celestials and and and and. even if you have 1999 c.speed without it, just use it.

    - play aggressively; with your gear maybe not too viable, but what is better than taking low dmg? taking no dmg.
healers in these updates are sometimes more tanky (due to defensively setup characters too) than dds. you can take dmg in their stead and you can still survive.
two advantages: dds can focus better on enemy dds hence reducing the overall dmg your party takes (= control the pvp). 2nd advantage: they die much faster due to much more mark of lumis.

maybe i forgot a couple of things but thats just whats on my mind
