when we will have our compensations or refund of our money?
probably you wont have no reward or refund.
this is the answer i got from support.4game.
apparantly, they give u a choice, u get your money back but only if we ban your account.
wow total utter bulls**t,we didnt even get the full potential from our pa account or the items we purchased due to your error and lack of communication.
i now will not be spending another penny in the l2 store nor be buying the pa account again...i hope for your sake innova people are not as angry as i am and do the same.

innova should sorry for lack of gms(none) in game and for sending admin team on vacation. i understand that it was christmas, but its not like they were on vacation 2-3 days.
i dont really care about that ss lag anymore, but i just keep wondering if we would have patch earlier if admin team wouldnt been at vacation .
also dunno what we should thanks for. all that innova admin team did was aplied patch from ncsoft (atleast i suppose when they said they are waiting for koreans to fix it .

using what? i didnt use my premium account because obviously it was ****ing unplayable. so yeah, i want my money back. its not my goddamn fault that they cant even give a semi stable server.
i want the 2 weeks i lost, either they lenghten my pa by 2 weeks or w/e, i dont care, but i want some sort of a compansation for this ********.
you paid for double xp and got double xp.. that you didn't play is your fault. that it was unplayable is not true at all. that you couldn't enjoy the game is a consequence of your fail psychology.. you got what you paid for, so you won't get any compensation back.
they shouldn't have released pa when there was problems with the server in the first place - if they give that option over a refund and a full ban on the account then they will most likely lose out on alot of business in the future.
we can only wait and see what they are planning on doing in relation to compensation over all the sslag and those with pa accounts and those that used the l2 store in game.
the only good thing they could do in my oppinion is add a few vitality items in maintenance time on evrey pa account can t think of anything else the rest refund more time that is just stupid from u to expect
im getting the full refund with my 66lvl ol ban is just too boring these days, everyone has same equip, same skill, buffs and its just grind race to 85 and then to lvl 99...

well i will be waiting for work back on what they are planning on doing in relation to compensation, not going to get onto my high horse just yet.
it's just unfair that they would throw out options like get a full refund on what you spend and we will ban your account (i cannot see then even giving that option). like daevapain said it will be something like vitality items on the next maintenance. if it is i hope it will not count towards the 10 item limit
