    клиент проверила на мусор,докачала клиент,все тоже самое.

    клиент стоит утилитой проверить либо починить.
    сначала удалить файл files.cinn из корневой папки и сделать починку.
    если не поможет то утилиту.

    из папки redist что в клиенте запустите dxwebsetup на предмет проверки корректности установки библиотек directx в системе. и система у вас судя по заголовку крита не обновлялась, даже без sp1, переустанавливали что ли?

    поставила пакет обновлений sp1,дирекс пишет:более новая или эквивалентная версия уже установлена.снесла дрова,установила заного с диска и обновила.ничего не помогает,теперь пишет так

    переустанавливала 6 месяцев назад,на не классике тут играла все норм было.

    проблему нашли,при подключении кабеля интернета на прямую все заработало,буду разбираться с роутером,спасибо вам за отклики

    тоже появилась проблема с невозможностью создать чара. скачал клиент создал чара, побегал, решил играть в 2 окна. на следующий день активировал 2-ую подписку, но не смог на ней создать чара, клиент крешется после нажатия кнопки создать...
    утилиту чак4.ком скачал, проверил, но не помогло. снес клиент, проверил диск на ошибки, скачал заново клиент, но не могу создавать чаров. (gtick=1110,lgticks=1108 - указанные тут цифры меняются при каждом новом краше)
    на созданном в начале чаре могу бегать и играть, клиент не падает.
