    Eventually Anxxi was maybe right :eek:

    Frozen like your char is gray and you cannot log it in ? In this case it means that the ban hammer hit your char

    I don't know, but the rules say that every ban case will not be discussed on forum, so if you have some issues with this kind of things, write a message to support.

    i writed a ticket, i dint do anything wrong beside's that i just orderd a brooch 45,99 euro
    if they gonna keep it frozen i want my 45,99 euro back or ill start up a lawsuit simple.

    I'm closing the thread, ban discussion has to be dealt via support.

    It takes 10 working days to receive answer from support. You might get a reply earlier depending of the situation.

    By the way, support staff doesn't work on friday evening and week-end.
