    as box: se or pp?

I heard vamp was nerfed but is it still viable as selfhealing?

pp has better buffs overall except he has no vamp.

    help me boyz.

As I know vamp in classic is triggered by chance... it is useful but not as good as it was. And it works for everyone. PP is only way to go.

As a tank you don't need vampiric anyway (even old, haste + resists are a lot better, the real + of SE is recharge and stigma, you should look from this point as for me I would prefer PP 'coz PP is king of buffers)
