    And still the delay on some skills are way too long. Will you ever do something to fix this ?
    Good for you that again you added new L2store thingy but can you please fix the most basic thing in the game aka skills ?
    Oh wait the developers can't do it so you wait for ncsoft answer. But really, do they even care about innova ?
    I don't think so, else it wouldnt take so much time. This is ridiculous.
    Oh and you also fixed the greek payment issue, so you only work on issues related to money ?

    NCsoft and innova unable to figure out how to manage that spaghetti code and database.

    It gets worse every month, yesterday i used giant barrier on oly, and it took 3 seconds for the skill to even appear on bar, this is the peak of ridiculousness.

    Soon youll use a skill and it happens next day.( skills alrdy only work after youre dead, so it wouldnt even surprise me 1 bit)

    This is a known issue. We've bumped it several times for the past year and a half (the bug was reported with full logs and data in March, 2014), but unfortunately, so far no results. Innova seems to be the only L2 publisher who had ever reported this bug, at least we didn't notice anything similar from our colleagues in US, TW or other territories. The latest comment from our Korean colleagues in this report dated on Sept 5, 2014, and then only our reminders with new relevant data coming from users in the latest game version. However, we're not going to leave this situation 'as is' and will surely bring it to its logical conclusion. At least, I hope so. ^_^

    Sometimes people dont see the clear things even if it is front of them.

    Maybe the solution is to easy that you dont even think about it.

    Maybe you think its software fault but could cause the hardware aswell.

    Small delay between the database server.

    Get a faster server.

    All the servers are absolutely compatible with the NCSoft minimum requirements for Lineage 2 server, and even better. Otherwise, the server wouldn't even launch in Europe.

    minimum requirements mean that your hardware won't (litterally) take off when you launch the game. We all know that you need to be way higher than those requirements to make things run smoothly, that's why your sentence about "minimum" makes me feel like you perfectly know from where those delays come... :s

    Just to confirm, that situation got even worse, as more ppl started to play on the server... So we started to take dmg even after death... Oh, maybe I am wrong and it's just my GOD powers ignoring death :>

    You didn't say it, HE said it. A lot of people come from NcWest, and as it seems (I wasn't here myself) the server itself isn't an issue (botfest is). I totally know that as a moderator you'll have no other power than to make a note about what we say to your manager, that he will MAYBE speak about it to his superiors, that they will PROBABLY not give a ****. But at least don't play on words and face the truth :/

    with screens/videos reply from suport team is "this must be this way" ... since when after using 5 skills all apear on target at same time and with delay of 1-2-3 or even more seconds?
    i made video, screen, system mesage screen where clearly is visible that delay of server reacting to player action is too long, this can be cause by server overload/lack of rams/cpu/hdd speed, or in coding (which is unlikely)

    random java/pts servers dont have theese problems because "admins" are already prepared for isues like that by having decent hardware(in this case good vps/dc)

    in open field its not that big deal, but when ppl go for hero status everything matters and matters alot.. for iss specialy because they dont have firepower to kill opponents as fast as DD does, and they rely on skills like angel touch (which prevents getting debuffs ) and ending up having 2-3 debufs ON TOP OF ANGEL TOUCH (i mean not before buff apeared on u, but AFTER(when already have imunity to it))
    getting celestial shield/undying will when already dead
    trololo.png how this can be? angel touch on and at same time paralyze on (either way one cant be on with another: paralyze prevents skill casting, and angel touch prevents getting that paralyze)

    I played there many years and they didn't report it bcoz it works fine lol that's why i said it's ok.
    And i believe that KR server are ok too, so only innova suffer from this ?
    You have servers where everything is fine and 1 server with that issue, seems pretty easy to fix it...
    Tell them to give you what they did for others servers or get a faster server if it's the problem =)

    2. determine which part of game server cause (or could cause) problem
    3. run tests on PTS machine with different possible changes
    4. ???
    5. profit.

    its such game breaking s**t that i believe other publishers didn't report it for one and only reason - it doesn't exists for them.

    Dunno about you, but I enjoy having 4 Wynn marks+ exile while I have cubic protection buff on (aka debuff cleanse and immunity) :D

    First of all, such problems are resolved upon a request to Support Service with a profound and detailed description of the problem with screenshots, videos, exact time etc attached.

    Secondly, I would like to clarify the situation.

    The situation you are describing is common for all localized version (I've looked through NCWest forums and found complaints on the same topic). It is connected to the fact how server proceeds simultaneous actions:
    2015-08-21 20:59 :03.92 Player1 casts Angel's Touch on Player2
    2015-08-21 20:59 :03.94 Player2 casts Transform on Player1

    Yes, the cast could be some milliseconds earlier, but server counts both actions - and it enables both buffs. System messages are based on skills which are used. Server proceeds used skills in its own way.

    This issue was discussed with the developers in the past, several times, and we received a firm reply that it is technically impossible to fix it, and they do not count it as a game bug.
    The same explanation is for episodes when you are dead but with Celestial buff enabled and so on.

    It is in no way connected to hardware configuration. I see that it seems to you to be a simple explanation of this situation, but it is not. We have a high quality professional hardware used for our servers, which is technically designed for way more overburdened servers than Core.

    In fact, there is a point overlooked by your explanation. This "latency" makes the server thinks that 2 actions are done simultaneously if they occur in a -let's say- 0.2second interval. The difference, that can comes from your hardware parameters if the requirements are as high as you're telling us, is in this interval. If you put it to 0.001s (it's a damn example, numbers are obviously false !), you CAN still have this problem, but it'll occur almost never, or in a case in which it'll be "normal" to have this reaction.
    On the other hand, if you've a 5seconds interval, you'll have time to cast celestial, and then other players will have up to 5 seconds to kill you without giving a damn about what you made.

    Then you have a broken game. Congratz cause this **** doesnt happen in any other MMO i played. Even private servers dont have this and they are just an EMULATION! An EMULATION is less flawed than oficial developer files/database?

    So maybe innova wasn't clear enough describing them how game braking it is?
    maybe more examples of in-game problems caused by this would make them re-consider?

    it's not like it's not possible to fix it, after all, they ADDED this non-bug-but-feature after one of GOD updates (tauti i think) and it gets only worse over years - interval/occurrence increase a lot. They have whole power to change anything or even revert, if they answer you something is not possible after your several requests they just doesn't treat you seriously.
