    as requested by @iTabulator:
"maybe you could run some test to see how much % of res gives +12 wit ?"

Luckily Olf has already done that test for us. There one thing I wanted to add before I start with translation of his test - it is to list the res % for all possible resurrectors and give some extra info about it.

Resurrection parameters for all classes are equal in range and cool-down:
    Range: 400
    Cool-down: 30 sec.
    Casting time: 0,5 sec.

To learn resurrection all classes need spell-book, which you can buy in Gludio at Grocery store.
It costs 8954a + castle tax.

1st class resurrection offers us the following:

    Cleric, SO, EO:
    lvl 20 - 0%
    lvl 30 - 20%

So as you can see all three have the same resurrection until 2nd class change.

There are ways to increase this % before 2nd class change:
    1) use clan hall, which will give you 50% resurrection.
    2) equip your healer with Mythryl set (also known as banana set) which gives +WIT, it can give you bonus to base resurrection. Unfortunately I don't have exact numbers here. I will try to get them and will post in this thread.
    3) tattoo +2 WIT

You cannot put +12 WIT before 2nd class change, only +2 WIT max for 1st class and will cost you a lot, so I suggest you not bother before 2nd class.

    After 2nd class change:

SO->SE doesn't develop its resurrection skills and stays with base 20%.

Cleric->Prophet also doesn't develop its resurrection skills and stays with base 20%.

    EO->EE resurrection develops like this:
    lvl 40 - 30%
    lvl 48 - 40%
    lvl 56 - 50%
    lvl 64 - 55%
    lvl 74 - 60%

Cleric -> Bishop resurrection develops like this:
    lvl 40 - 30%
    lvl 48 - 40%
    lvl 56 - 50%
    lvl 60 - 55%
    lvl 64 - 60%
    lvl 70 - 65%
    lvl 74 - 70%

As you can see, after lvl 56, Bishop is a little bit better than EE in giving your exp back.

Also only Bishop has mass resurrection skill:
    lvl 40 - 0%
    lvl 44 - 20%
    lvl 52 - 30%
    lvl 56 - 40%
    lvl 58 - 50%
    lvl 68 - 55%

    Mass resurrection parameters are:
    Range: 400
    Cool-down: 600 sec.
    Casting time: 0,5 sec.

The gear that has +WIT bonus:
    D-grade: Mythril set +1 WIT
    C-grade: Divine set +1 WIT
B-grade: BW magic set +3 WIT

Base human mystic WIT is 20. Now with all that knowledge let's see the test.

This is a translation of the official test #3 by Olf (original in ru here):

Task: Investigate how WIT affects percentage of restoring EXP when [IMG] resurrecting a corpse by Bishop of a different level.

    Resurrecting character:
Bishop lvls 40, 56, 75 with skills according to the level. No buffs. Equipment and tattoos: according to test (see below).

    Target:
Warrior lvls 39, 55, 74. No buffs, no equipment.

During the experiment Bishop resurrected the target with different parameters of WIT. We wrote down the results:

    2015-12-15 20-22-53 Скриншот экрана.png

Result: boosting WIT will give you max 20% to the base resurrection %. At lvl 40 you can get your max increase by using tattoos only. At different levels WIT gives different bonus, it seems it provides a specific % to your base skill "resurrection".

Does it work the same on a SE/PP with a baseline rez of 20% xp recovery ?
Is going +12 WIT on either of the classes going to bring the rez to 40% or is it limited to bishop/EE ?

    a 40 EE with +8 wit has the cap 20% bonus on top of a res (30% + 20% for 50% res).

SE needs a full +12 wit + wit armor i believe for max bonus of 20% on top of the 20% res

Bishop doesnt need +12 wit to reach the 20% bonus, but a BP without +12 wit is fairly aids.

yeah, +20% to base rate max. I got +12 WIT, still got +20% res rate. My base is 30% now, so I res at 50% even with mithril set on.

Even if EE doesn't need +12 WIT to get +20% res bonus, I will stick to +12 WIT because it also gives casting speed and m.crit to healing spells (my group heal crits almost every time, it saves tons of mana).

Hi. How about the m.att and heals?

Does m.att increase healing by a lot?

Would like to see maybe top NG, top D and top C compared on healing :)

Thanks for doing these awesome Q&A!

    there's a test already =)

m.attack of the weapon significantly affects the healing.

it is in Russian, but you can check the numbers:

    Summary

    tested:
    apprentice wand (7 m.a.) NG
    Sword of Valhalla +5 (143 m.a.) B

    buffs: empower3+berserker's spirit2 (totally adding +91% to m.a.)

skill used: greater heal (skill power 440)

    test 1: NG, no buff
    amount of HP restored: 463

    test2: NG, buff applied
    amount of HP restored: 464

    test3: B, no buff
    amount of HP restored: 770

    test4: B, buff applied
    amount of HP restored: 778
