Game not supported for your region

    I created a second account and when i try to launch my game, it says that its not supported for my region. However, my main account works fine...

    Friend of mine is having the same issue. He also preloaded the 10 EU at 1600.

    Please make sure you are logged into 4game from outside of NA/SA. I have looked through several tickets in Support, and all logins in those tickets were made from NA/SA region.

    I played for a 3 days, just reloged for 1 sec..impossible, im in russia! the only thing is that im paying with my canadian visa card, but im curenlty living in russia
    also, when im loged off i can push the "start" buton, when i log in - region problem! pls help

    Ticket made - I am from France. Will post result after. Initial submission is:

    STEP 1:
    Help I was able to login to the new EU Classic server since start of early start but now I cant? This seems to have started when the real release started.

    STEP 2:

    Note site I am using is https://eu.4game.com/lineage2classic/play/

    My IP is 104.238.188.73.

    We are currently investigating the case. If you are logging into the 4game account not from NA/SA region, you should be able to play. If you cannot play, make sure you are logged from the correct IP address. You can check it in your personal profile. If you are indeed trying to log from outside of NA/SA, that's obviously a bug that should be fixed. At the moment we are collecting information on accounts which have encountered this problem.

    I am having the same problem, but its weird and only happening with one of my accounts...? Its saying region not supported on my main account, but my buffer is having no problem. I am in the UK and it makes no sense especially with it only happening to one of my accounts and not the other??
