Is Team Viewer keyboard input blocked on purpose?

    Hello,

    I have two accounts and when I'm not playing I leave a store on both of them and go AFK. When out of home I access my computer via TeamViewer to see how my stores are doing and to add items or change prices (I have been doing this on the NC US servers for quite a long time without issues).

    After today's maintenance I cannot type anything into the game anymore. It seems that the Frost Security system now blocks all keyboard input that doesn't come directly from the hardware keyboard. I also tried with the Windows Built-In Keyboard but it's being blocked as well.

    I do not want to try to bypass Frost because that's against the EULA, my question is if this is intended or a mistake that will be fixed anytime soon.

    I'm pretty sure that a lot of people is having the same issue so Innova, please, have a look into it.

    Frost always blocked and will block any remote control tools and yes it is on purpose
