    So the moderators and gm insist on us using the ticket system. I am sure there are several people that have been waiting days now as have I. This seems to be the worst customer service i have ever received by a game service. Innova brand was well regarded and the staff seemed excited to work with the customers but Lineage 2 Classic Staff has completely gone dark. No responses, lack of substantial communications, and basic unwillingness to support there players is going to cause a lot of people to leave this community. Please step your support staff up and get them motivated innova.
