    So simple question:
How do I watch my replays (replayxxxxx.l2r) files?

There is no option, what I can see, in the login screen/server select screen.

If I try to start the l2r file with the L2.exe from the system folder, it starts loading up, both frost security and the game. When the clinet window appears it's all black and then dissappears.

I think you want to view your videos that you made using ingame program? Go in the folrder where the game is installed , find file names SCREENSHOT , and inside you will find your printscreens and your videos.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to watch replays (.l2r) in the 4game client due to the auto-login system.

hahahahahah , lolz the truth hurts :D
The solution to your question Roketta is that you need to download a Lineage 2 Classic Client from a private server and just run it. Copy your Replay files to the private classic folder and run that client. You will be in the game login menu where you will have the option to watch replays.
