Goal: to estimate an over-enchanted weapon Critical Damage Rate.

Attacker: 40 lvl Swordsinger, having all the skills, but without any buffs.

    Target: 42 lvl Mordeo

In this experiment 40 lvl Swordsinger was using a basic attack against 42 lvl Mordeo. A sample of strokes for each weapon was 1000 units. All the attacks were frontal.

Summary: as it can be seen from the table, weapon enchantment doesn’t influence Critical Attack Rate.

i wonder how this table would look like if you actually used sword type weapons instead of Blunt type weapons :D

I guess you should fix your title as it is misleading: "...Critical chance rate."
