    So sieges coming, exciting times.

    How are you able to sign up for multiple castles with single guilds? is it some kind of april fools?

    Makes it not so exciting anymore

    Can u use gatekeepers in sieging towns aswell?

    What has come to this once glorious game. Classic? not so much

    so its 4% loss if you die on siege ground while your registered??

    Siege Rules

    • The inside and outside of the castle are designed as the battlefield. Although there are no visible lines or borders to mark it, a system message notification appears when your character enters and leaves the battlefield.
    • The functions of certain NPCs in and around the castle are suspended for the duration of the Castle Siege.
    • All characters within the castle walls not listed on the Defender list are transported to the township of the castle.
    • All castle gates are automatically shut at the beginning of the siege.
    • Any siege lasts for 2 hours. If during a siege the server is restarted, the siege period is prolonged, and the level of HP of the defending NPCs, the gates etc is the same as before the restart.
    • When a registered character or a non-registered characters dies on the battlefield, they lose XP (4%).
    • If a character dying in the siege zone doesn't belong to a clan which has the Siege Headquarters, such a character gets resurrected in the township of the castle under the siege.
    • The victor is the clan whose leader by the end of the siege has used the Imprint of Light or Imprint of Darkness skill on the castle’s Holy Artifact (it takes 2 minutes to use the Imprint).
    • You have 1 hour to change your mind (talk to the NPC).
    Yes, it seems you loose 4%, even when registered.

    thats stupid, you want to encourage people to go to the siege and fight even if they are outlvled and out numbered.
    this will make siege very boring with only the top 3-4 clans actually fighting

    The exp loss on the battlefield will discourage at least some players from participating for sure.
    I wonder if there is a chance to drop stuff when killed by a castle NPC too. My first guess would be yes, which might on the other hand attract at least a few players to participate in the siege anyway.

    Furthermore, I wonder if the whole idea of exp loss during the sieges is to somehow compensate the advantages of owning a castle. That would make sense. I would agree with this idea if it would be hard to actually conquer a castle. Although reading through the forum it seems that it will be easy pie for the big clans. We will see.

    We are entering a new phase on the server and that is a good thing.

    those rules might be for the ruski and korean server, where the normal XP loss was at 10%, but Im not sure. It is really stupid that you can sign up for multiple castles though. Easy mode engage ^_^ atleast for bigger alliances. Hardmode engage for the ones behind, like me :D

    Those rules would work for server with x6 rates, not with x0.15 :Laugh:
    -4%XP = empty siege(no randoms/freefrags), QHP/XP scrols = to get adenski/xp back from deaths on siege? :Roflmao:
    Oh boy, enjoy your servur and especially sieges...

    p.s. and when game makers/publishers will listen to gamers :/

    Don't worry, we can handle -4% xp lost, and we also don't need freefrags.

    Oh, this is quite interesting choice!
    I guess for the top 10 groups on the server this won't be an issue (or would it be :D), as each and everyone of them is/should be prepared to lose between 40% and a whole level during the siege.
    I am more interested how many people outside these groups will take part in the siege.

    It seems that sieges have become a carebear trial of sorts, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but I recall times when there was no exp penalty and people still didn't want to participate.

    XP was x1 too, so... :Laugh: And who said those TOP groups would even die once? Okok mby once/twice, mby RR will work :rolleyes:.
    Just all you lowbies with your 40lvl+ will die nonstop till you "exit game". Then come to forum for some tierz, but dun worry, I will be waiting :>

    What about wars?

    Do you lose 4% exp if killed by wars on siege zone or is it normal 1%?

    I guess 1, saw some russians siege vids and some dude was losing 1% a death on the siege field.
