Goal: to estimate Overlord’s M. Atk. influence on debuff success ( [IMG] Lv. 15 Seal of Binding was taken as an example).

    Attacker: 70 lvl Overlord

Target: 70 lvl Hames Orc Foot Soldier

70 lvl Overlord was using [IMG] Lv. 15 Seal of Binding on the group of 70 lvl Hames Orc Foot Soldier. Each group contained 10 monsters. The skill Seal of Binding was used on the group only once, then these monsters was killed and a new group was summoned. To increase Overlord’s M. Atk. two weapons were used: [IMG] Staff of Life (D-Grade) and [IMG] Spell Breaker (B-Grade).

    The results are stated below:

Summary: As it can be seen from the result, Overlord’s M. Atk. increase also enhances [IMG] Seal of Binding skill land rate.

There is an error in second 500 column. Total sum of all elements in that columns is 800, but it must be equal to 500. After fixing this, you will see practically no difference in result.

Y if you count it yourself the numbers are similar to the 297 m.atack columns, that means m.atack does not have any influence on this skill landrade.
You did your jump bit too fast xP

So with D staff it is 3500/5000=70% (exactly).
With B grade it is 3483/5000=69,66%...

To test m.atk. use monsters of lower level (60 max) to rule out the influence of GoD+ evasion/land rate mechanic, and use monsters with extremely strong m.def., so that the OL's m.atk^2 is at least comparable to target's m.def.

Wouldn't be easier to just look at Debuffs landrate since you guys are GM's instead of making pointless and endless tests?

    a) these guys are not GMs, they are community managers with limited GM privileges
    b) GM's of most servers don't have the technical skills to search the databases
    c) Innova's staff appointed to maintain Skelth don't have any meaningful experience with the game in the first place.

Aside from that, it might be even more difficult, because as far as i know, in the ten years history of Lineage II, noone has ever been able to provide actual skill data, let alone game mechanics, except by testing them ingame.
