    fast and friendly from my experience. nothing to complain about.

    poor. when there was the skrill-moneybookers payment issues, 5 days waiting for the funds to come through, 4 days without response at support after 2-3 replies. no compensation of any kind, no apology for the inconvenience. my understanding was in high demand however.

    just to give you some clarification, the skrill-moneybooker issues and delays with money transfering was something from their side and not innova's therefore it is them who you should be demanding some compensation from. and we had posted announcements to let people know about the issue and when it had been resolved and that the transfers would be done as soon as possible after moneybookers had resolved their issues and thanked everyone for understanding.

    as for the delay in support responding to yourself, your feedback has been noted.

    thanks for the notation, and for the explanations (which were already given by support in their 4 day late response). i don't think you are correct, however, you said you didn't want people to argue in these threads so i will just say one more thing: blaming others is the god damn easiest thing to do.
