Ошибка при запуске игры

доброго времени суток, у меня проблема с запуском игрового клиента. если быть точнее, клиент запускается. но если ввести логин и пороль игра вылетает. если нажать на настройки проходит 5 секунд и игра тоже вылетает, вобщем куда ненажмеш постоянно клиент закрывается. появляется окно "send log client" и окошко windows в котором очень вежливо описывается недоразумение всей этой ситуации=))) в общем вот что пишет "send log client"

пытаюсь запустить клиент на ноутбуке hp-530 / windows xp.

в игре логина не нужно вводить... его в запускатор пихают...

 

та же проблема. написал в саппорт....жду ответа...

но если кто знает решение проблемы......буду признателен за помощь.

все, поставил, теперь загружается окно аион затем ncsoft, на ncsoft игра просто выключается - ничего не пишет...=(
