when they changed the 1/3 enchant success rate?
it was always 2/3 what i know.
add a <p> tar or something, no indent hurts my eyes

aren't rates for weapons 70% and 40% for >+16?
if the enhancement is 10% that would be 80% and 50%
if it's multiplicative, 77 and 44%. well. meh. still luck based.
and your site is smoking some dope, always producing a random number.
make it a fixed number of attempts, give us the number of attempts....
2nd number just cant be the number of fails for a sample anywhere near as big as the one used for 1st...

nah, its just armor getting worse and worse chances with every +.
after 2 browser refreshs:
something has to be wrong with formula. as far as i know for every + success rate decreases. its hard to know enchant rates for +16 not knowing game source code.

until freya even in ncsoft client had a hint for that which clearly stated success rate of 1/3
thes its 33% chance + 10% donate = 43% on enchant armor/weapon? right?

his code stops after the first success and returns the number of attempts needed.
theres some statistical evidence for u trololo.
to get the real values, just go do 0.66 ^13 and .76 ^13 (or whatever you believe are the rates)
ie, 1 in 222 for 66% chance, 1 in 36 for 76% chance. if its 110% of 66%, its only 72.6% chance, leading to 1 in 64.
have fun spending that much money, just to get screwed over by the rng failing you for the first 100 attempts because its still just that, random.
and about chance: that thing from freya stated that you have a 1/3 chance... of failing a weapon enchant above +3. 2/3 success. there u go.
just restarted a couple of times till i got the right useful information pop up in the loading screen.
you have not counted it correctly, i am afraid, this item gives +10% to enchanting probability, but please take into consideration the korean way of thinking. thus this formula will look like this :10% out of chance to 66%=6.6%, and this is what goes to the chance of getting enchanting, thus the chance that you might enchant you item for +4 is 66%+6.6%=72.6% and so on.
just a whine. in fact, there are not so many oe weapons or armors on the servers.
they just write that, its isn't true. mostly i enchant items upto +10/+12 with 0/3 fail chance, and after everything burns at 3/3. enchant rate decrease every + you put.
then normal enchant rate is 66% and with donate be 76% or what? :-o, i have 76% chance enchant weapon +16..holy guakamoly

66% + 6.6%
not to mention how overpriced that item is...
in pts 4 attempts to make my dual daggers +5 with destruction scroll+weapon enchancement stone failed, they`re still +4. i dont think its so op item...
