    hi i can't log to game.my operation system is windows8.i update and restored click play and dosn't work.please help.

    i have the same problem, yesterday all worked well on w8, today after update, cant run the game. :(

    same, windows 8 x64, after frostupdater launches lineageii.exe, the splash screen shows up (not l2's but the frost's: frost/back.bmp) then it crashes.

    default l2 doesn't work on win 8
    dear members,

    unfortunately, at the moment lineage ii is not playable on win 8.
    we're looking into the issue and i'll give you an update on what is going to happen with the problem.
    we apologise for all the inconveniences caused.

    ............so now what do we have to do??? replace w8 in order to play lineage 2? we can't do that, l2 worked perfectly on windows 8 until the maintainence in this morning.

    the problem is nonexistent or useless test team before applying an update.

    houston we have a problem:(

    i have new original version of windows 8:/ yesterday before maintance i was able to log into the game from my pc who is on win8. after today maintace when i am clicking play button small window is appearing with "logging in " after that the bar is filling up to 100% and..... nothing. i can;t connect with frost and server. what i supose to do? i spend my rune ingame 7 days etc my pa i wasting. i wont uninstall my windows 8.. w8 for some advices or respond from deep:( marry xmass

    i got same problem,after this update i can't log...
    and i have windows 8 pro...i wanna know why i can't play after update with win 8???before this update its normal...so how many time for fix ??

    i have to same problem too. i installed l2 same time when i bought my win8 pro x64 and it worked fine till today morning. i have 1 question: what will happen with my active nevit rune 7 day (and sp rune 7day) ? i can't login so i cannot use it today and it is not my fault. i am waiting for fix and recompensation. please give me some eta time for fix and say what you gonna do with active runes of players which cannot log in :(

    most likely we will loose them. i already sent a support ticket to freeze my pa time. i hope we won't have to wait a whole week or more to fix this. nice xmas present from innova.
