attacking player not getting red

hi...i have a question...i play on ramona...i was with a party in fairy settlemen waiting to kill a boss..before we start a player with his name green apeared and pk me and another one from the party...im not in a clan and neither was the other player...when i got ressurected the same player pk me again and other member without losing the green on his name....i was told that he could do that cause he had good karma...ok..the third time he got pk his name became white...and then we start hitting him and we turn purple but he even when he would kill someone being purple or not he wouldnt turn red or any other color...i have screenshot and his name...i need to gen an answer to that...i didnt like that at all and i dont understand the bug...anytime someone wants can pk others with no karma?answer this
