Не заходит в игру после профилактики 04.10.2011

постоянно пишет что "соединнение с сервером прервано" при этом frost пишет ошибку обновления,хотя вчера и и в другие дни заходил спокойно,хоть фрост и не обновлялся заходил в игру, сегодня уже не могу. помогите как быть, уже добавлял все в исключения, всё равно ошибка фроста и соединение прервано. хотя стоит nod32 smart sequrity 5.

 

после профилактики выдает черный экран и inicialize error, до профилактики проблем небыло вообще никаких!

 

не думаю что дело в антивирусе, хотя фрост не обновляется...

 

у меня всё ещё хуже. через секунд 30-40 после захода в игру получаю ошибку otcbuild wogg и клиент крашится. я уже сфейлил 2 данжа. до профилактики всё было отлично.

попробуйте удалить папку frost
если антивирус не настроен, настройте его

finetoo, у ошибки есть детали. скрытые под кнопкой detail, выложите под спойлер.

 

удаление папки фрост нечего не дало,антивир настроен(отключал тож непомогло)3ч назад до последней минуты до профилактики играл без проблем.вроде чтото с фростом помогите плиз.черный экран и initialize error где фрост должен качать.

 

совет про папку был дан тем, кто испытывает проблему с его загрузкой/запуском.

клиент мрёт по таймауту всегда через одно и то же время. предполагаю что опять иннова обновила фрост и опять всё пошло не так как задумывалось.

 

тоже после принятия соглашения соединение прервано, фрост удалял, запускатр переустанавливал, полную проверку делал, антивирус настроил, ничего не помогает

 

finetoo, удаление папки фрост не помогло?

 

предлагаю исправить всё,иначе я спрыгну с балкона.

не помогло

 

фулчек, удаление, пляски с бубном, попытки апдейта directx, установка последних видеодров из бета-ветки. к чему шаманства? тут и так всё ясно как божий день. я уже не говорю о том что frostprotector.dll после этих критов не выгружается и папку с фростом вообще не снести. приходится ребутать машину.

 

аналогичная проблема с прерыванием соединения и фростом, антивирус такой же - перепробовала все советы из этой темы не помогло. до профилактики было все нормально.

 

другой вопрос, позвонить в службу поддержки можно или только через почту, перерыл всё нет телефонов?
